Joe, speaking of spinoffs... there's interesting talk on MSFT thread about the news of it's considering issuing a Tracking Stock of it's Internet division causing a pop in the stock. Initially (maybe ever) there wouldn't be a give-out of the shares to the investors, instead it'd be an ipo and the parent Co. retains big majority ownership of it & makes itself money from trading it. So maybe someday it'd transform to a spinoff for "What About Us" and maybe not. I have some shares so of course I'd rather get some free MSNs, but Either Way an ipo like that might be a likely one to think about throwing some powder at. Also all the action around it starting about now (what volume Fri.!) should be a good Looky ... like A Waddling Quackers-style looky, prefer orange or barbecue sauce?

Joanie
