Cow, is it? Hmmmmm.

Speaking of funny shapes, we just got back from Costco, where for the first time in my life I saw a guy who actually looked like he was wearing a spare tire, kind of an inner-tube, really, if you can remember when tires had inner-tubes. He was fat not only in the gut, but all around the waistline in a big, wide circle, even in the back, and then he had his pants sorta cinched up under it all.

And on a completely different subject, I see in today's Washington Times that a California company purchased the Indian motorcycle brand name, and has started production, beginning with the 1999 Limited Edition Indian Chief, which is pre-sold out. Apparently riding pricey motorbikes is a trend among corporate CEOs like Michael Armstrong of AT&T, George Fellows of Revlon, and Gordon Bethune of Continental Airlines. White collar professionals make the largest group of riders of new bikes, 1994 to 1998 models. Boy, with a recommendation like that, maybe I don't want one after all.
