Something I posted on the Stockhouse thread........

I have been doing a lot of reading on the various medical website, who is doing IPO's and what they are offering.

If Medsite.com just a portal that sold books and set up Emails I wouldn't be that impressed although that might have been enough to run-up the stock.

However this month (July) they started Medmarketplace.com, which offers products from 1,000 suppliers and handle order tracking, payments and financing.

In addition...just announced last month

Medsite.com will launch MedUniversity.com, a service designed to meet the complete continuing education needs of healthcare professionals. MedUniversity.com will feature a comprehensive library of interactive education courses offered through Medsite.com's healthcare partners.

So now Medsite.com is a portal, sell books, sells medical supplies, give financial advice and sets up Emails and offers online education to the masses. That is a nice round package that should get some attention come IPO time.

According to their website, Medsite.com has already been covered by Forbes, CNN Headline News, Bloomberg News Services, CNBC and other industry publications so people should already know the name when the IPO gets around.

Best Regards
KEITH

Just checked the last Q to March 31..and they had $21.2M cash. They recieved $700K in private placements and spent $1.5 on Medsite for net f $20.4M. Based on 30.3M shares..that should be $0.67.. But I could be wrong.

<< it is that it is a demonstration of the fact that
management is both connected and astute.>>

Indeed...and is the most important reason why I am still in despite the fact that the Internet bubble is over.

Diamondwork has the kind of share structure that usually keep me away. But I must admit they have very good reserves and seems to have a production paln that will allow major increase of revenus in the months ahead.

They have a powerpoint presentation on their site...have you seen it..Is it worth a download?

My only diamond play now is Canabrava via SWG.
