Rande, quick glance at OSFT and it looks like they may have had a floorless in place. With today's huge volume, the end of the convertible may have been pushed through. Yahoo lists float as 4.0mln, but the last 10Q shows around 6.9mln(May 12). Also class A warrants of 1mln+ that convert into god knows what. (I've spent maybe 3minutes on this DD). My guess is the float is greater than 7mln now.

Occasionally, when I floorless ends, the stock may rebound since all the downward pressure is off. Of course it takes a bit since the larger float has to be accumulated.

I'll watch this one from the sidelines. again, all imho and very q & d.
