BTW- note the clear five waves down on the "fair multiple" chart on the Fed model as well as the nice head and shoulders top on the "SPX price to expected earnings ratio":

if we drop below fair value, which is typically the case in a crash.... we could see sub SPX 650 (assuming that bonds drop one more time after stocks take their intial hit as I suspect they will (ie- the yield following DBRSY in a final move higher))

Heinz, i always felt europeans were biased towards gold...hope that is not an offensive comment, but i figured, as the older europeans age and die, won't the younger set dump gold to raise cash to day trade, or travel or buy lattes or something ?
