Anthony- This baby is ready to break out of the slump. If the earning is good plus a bright outlook, we are gonna see 80+ soon. I don't think that politicians want to do anything drastic about the Healthcare coming to Election year. There is just too much political risk involved. They cannot afford it. Any change will probably be a mild or minor one. Even Hillary said that she has learned a lot in a school of small step changes..... Happy investment. BTW, PFE will deliver good number as usual, remember that the expectation is low. Da bull
