Where does WINR stock deserve to be priced? (for fun only): Where does WINR stock deserve to be priced? It's old high is $3.00 (twice), before they announced any profits at all. Probably got ahead of itself. But now they have 2 quarters of profits, with the recently completed Q2 having about 300% better earnings than Q1. Skinner is conservative, or at least seems to be so. His father, who is part of this company, is formerly with the IRS. A BIG ASSUMPTION: (which is not guaranteed to come true): If they hit 20-30 cents eps for 1999, as the CEO alluded to in the CC, where does the stock price deserve to be? They are already one of only 4% of BB stocks that are profitable. So do we use a PE of 20 or 30 for 1999? Do we use an EPS of .20 or .30 for 1999? **** EPS .20, PE 20 (most conservative estimate): FMV (fair mkt value) = .20eps x PE20 = $4 share price *** EPS .30, PE 30 (more aggressive estimate): FMV = .30eps x 30PE = $9 share price That is about as fundamental an analysis as one can do. Of course there are always risks and these projections include forward-looking estimates that might not occur, but we already seem undervalued to me. How much we are undervalued is up to each investor to figure out. "WHEN" WINR deserves to be priced higher is only something the market can dictate. Perhaps after the next earnings report? I wonder if the problem is that many still think WINR is a gambling stock? I am going to let some of my investor friends know about WINR. No spamming or hype, just some honest facts and numbers. This is far from another gaming or gambling stock, and still one of my favorite long term holds. Personally I perceive this as being much less risky now than many other BB's so I feel comfortable buying or holding more of it. I think it will reward us very nicely over the near and long term future. That is just my opinion. And if/when people ever "get it" , well, it could get really fun. So far we have not really had much momentum or volume and the MM's picked up a lot of cheap shares last week. One thing that seems probable, is that if WINR can keep executing their game plan in Europe in particular, things might get quite interesting. PS- when brokers can trade this after audited financials come out, that will hopefully help matters too. There were 6 analysts on the Conference Call last week. I imagine they are watching. This is just meant for fun. As always do your own DD. There is certainly some good links to do so if you wish. See "WINR OVERVIEW" a few posts back.
