The hypermat.com domain seems to be owned by an outfit called "GTM Internet": Registrant: hypermat.com (HYPERMAT3-DOM) hypermat.com PMB# 258 15111 Preston Road, Suite 107 Dallas, TX 75248-4863 US Domain Name: HYPERMAT.COM Administrative Contact: Billing, hypermat.com (HB5789) admin@GTM.COM (214)853-4178 (FAX) (214)853-4178 Their web page makes them look like a legitimate business: gtm.com, but apparently "high-end database servers" aren't enough for them.
