They can even cut it back to 97%, just to add some white space on the edge. I am running the same as you 1024x768 on a 21 inch. Some pages display the numbers right to the edge of the screen: beta.siliconinvestor.com beta.siliconinvestor.com 97% won't make much of a diff, but will add a bit white space to make viewing much better. Regarding the upper header, I said in one post you could also use diff shades of gray. Just dump the brown colors. IMO
