Hi Uncle Frank...you know about my past investment blunders...well I recently bought all I could afford(55 shares) of MSFT at $78.25, and today I sold it all at $98...I feel so proud that I finally picked a winner at the RIGHT time...I'm still down 33% on AOL but I'm going to hang tough...with my MSFT winnings today I bought 120 shares of ATHM...They've taken a big beating lately and I know that's a quality company too...here's wishing everyone great success with MSFT...Just so you all know my story in a nutshell...in 1994 I owned 850 shares of MSFT, but like a fool I sold and gradually lost most of my money...today I currently own 200 shares of AOL and 120 shares(thanks to MSFT) of ATHM...total assets about $30,000....had I held my original 850 shares of MSFT, how much would my assets be worth today(after all those splits)? Lesson to be learned...NEVER sell MSFT....even though I just did today, I'm waiting for a pullback to the low $90's, but I plan to hop on again, and again and again!
