Look it up. It's pretty cheap (similar to Windows 98, as I recall). Free +/- (shipping charges only) for non-commercial uses. As I recall, for considerably less than $1000 you get the unlimited server version (comparable to NT pricing, and cheaper than NT if you need to license more than a few users).

Yes. The OE is balanced with the 'iron'.

What I really mean to say is that Microsoft just raised their service incident cost from $90 to $300.
