"Online waistline" Speaking of which, I am looking for a daily chart one can use to keep track of what one eats. Anyone seen such a thing? Anyone have a link? Been trying to make one up using a spreadsheet, but I know I'm leaving stuff out...Figure someone else musta done it before and musta posted it online somewhere. Never have been good at reinventing the wheel. If you don't believe me, just look at the ones in use...same as they've always been. PCM p.s. nice palindrome coming up...
