Yeah, I think the Matanzas Creek Merlot is alright.

However, in restaurants it seems overpriced. I think the lack of supply coupled with the local popularity of the wine is at fault.

Personally, I would not be a buyer above 40 dollars. But a very nice product.

My preference, for what it is worth and I am certain that is not worth much, is a nice Reisling....perhaps, God Willing, an Ice Wine.

But a good Merlot is very nice, no question.

Now, a Mechanical Engineer could probably create a Flow Diagram using the NorthWest Corner Rule and create Determinates to assure the flow of Product in such a fashion to assure profit for the Seller as well as value for the purchaser.

But that is beyond my ken.
