Just a couple of corrections.

First, I worded a statement unclearly. I said that "NAC had an unconfirmed sale of MetroFusion" when I meant to say I have unconfirmed info that they have a sale of MetroFusion.

Secondly, I believe the 10-K data I posted shows MRVC's ownership of Hyperchannel as 100%, not the 60% I think you mentioned.

Yes, IPOs could fetch us a LOT of shareholder value. IMO, NAC could be soon worth a hundred times or more what MRVC invested in them. That technology provides a superior solution at MUCH lower cost, and if you have been reading that Optical networks report that I posted, you will see also that the timing for their product is excellent. I'm sure there has to be a goodly amount of carrier interest in it - we just have to wait for results.

NAC adds great synergy too, as NAC MetroFusion sales require high-speed router attachments to support their 80 GBps capability - ideal opportunities for additional sales of Nbase-Xyplex (Linux router) or CW Aranea equipment. Also NAC, Linux router and CW Aranea ALL support GE, whereas my research shows most competitor's boxes do not. This makes these products ideally positioned for some wins with enterprises, CLECs and ISPs, if they perform as advertised.
