Part II.. we will also be adding some very important section on IPO's on the revamped website, also interactive, updating and with perhaps a running 'newsreel'. As you have noticed with PHCM, AUDC,RIMM, STMP, JWEB, CUST, WITC, BRCD, HLTH, MCOM, et al.. we have made out extremely nicely without having to risk buying the first day. THis section will be done by someone with a lot of experience on quiet periods, IPO's research etc. It will be an important addition to the "new, modern and updated' Market Gems Stock Selection Site.

I'm working on a Market Gems Strategy Handbook (the kind you bind and you don't need a publisher, nothing spectacular there is just no time) which will have chapters from Market Gems Trading Strategies, Anticipatory Upswing, When not to enter an earnings plays (i.e. BGEN versus NKE, versus ALLR), when to chance holding through earnings, etc.

Charts, like what we have on the website but in a neatly bound ringed pamphlet with more charts, examples, etc. It will include articles from Silicon Investor re-vamped (I've got 150, I'll choose the most relevant) which will be further 'filtered' and reposted in the manual under a particular topic. Favorite strategies will be covered like the latest ones for July which are based on high volatility, large intraday price ranges (i.e. EXDS, BRCD, WITC, JWEB, etc), Internets etc.

I hope to have some of our past charts (in color) as part of the chapters on entries exits, what to look for etc. The price will only be what it costs me to produce and some time element. I will be doing it in batches of 1,000 and if there is a need then another 1,000. I will take the bindery price, what it costs in materials etc. depending on how much color is used, etc. It will more than likely be between $9.95 and $14.95 depending on color, charts, size etc. I hope to have this done by September, to coincide with the daytrader's convention in Ontario, California. I'm being coerced to put in a disk but I doubt I'll be able to do that. The Telescan and A.B. Watley booth will be there and I'd like either having it done by them or having it distributed there at a reduced rate.

<<<Market GEMS IMPORTANT update>>> this sounds great. We are all waiting for it.

As for the moment, for each day I use YHOO to create a porfolio for
each watchlist. One hard copy printed before market opening and a second copy after the close of that day. Periodically, i would rerun
this watchlist and compare to the two hard copies to see the pattern
of the stocks. I also use these hard copies when the stocks show up again on the future watchlist or EP. I also has a spread sheet keeping these stocks by sector.

As for the future database, I suggest that there are columns for
the date of recommendation, price on that date, sector, number of quarters that has Earnings positive and percentage .... and at last
a memo field with date for your notes and observation on that stock
The date for this memo field and the stock symbol can be used as
an index for sorting such that user can sort the database for stocks that have 5 quarters of good earnings and sort by date.

good trading

Is USWB, SCNT, or IIXL doing your new site? Do tell, so we can buy in early! The furious pace with which you seem to work AND succeed is astonishing...
