Not "Registering"

They aren't "registering" their shares - they are filing forms that announce their intention to sell. They are only entitled to sell for a limited period of time; if they don't sell in that time, they have to file again when they do want to sell. 95% of the time, or more, insiders who file to sell, do sell.

God, I abhor arguing with a complete neophyte. Look kiddie, they've sold, period end of story and god damn it, the whole exercise is a pump and dump and you're just gonna have to sit here and figure it out for yourself. The whole things a sham and you're the patsy.It happens all over the bulletin board world, that's why they exist is to rip off fools.
