So your suggesting that DBRSY takes on the fight for the remaining percentage?

DBRSY Just wants the marketing rights! They are not interested in mining the stuff.

Either way...SNAP Lake is a Mine and WSP shareholders will win in the end.

Let us contemplate this chess game. Is it possible that Winspear set up this "no letter" thing to keep DB from being able to purchase part of the action through Aber?

There is a piece missing in the lawsuit puzzle, they are still working together and there is no reported friction between the presidents.

Been hearing rumbles that DeBeers reall likes things neat and tidy so I wouldn't be surprised if the MpV deal wound up as a 100% deal before the buy ou. I imagine the same could apply to Snap.??
have you heard any of that type of thing?

Cheers
