ZICA. Very interesting message on RB board. I didn't think about this angle. Total outstanding shares is about 28M and not sure on float. ---------------- why we invest in ZICA Not for present earnings ,cash flow or book value but for the potential of the major facilitator for all things Chinese re computers,internet and phone. Joint venture with Chinese Dept Education may have made it the defacto standard for China. If so it, is has the same significance that DOS or Windows had. ---------------- So what you think?
