Cook also stated that he would not sell a share before next year.

Cook also is on record with shareholders telling them to sell the stock if significant announcements are not made before year end.


sargent, don't you see the game he's playing? Of course he can't sell stock this year. If he did, it would be a sure thing to invite security lawsuits when CUST drops like a rock. He knows he can't sell, and he's convincing everybody not to sell too. In the meantime he gets another 1 million options to vest in the money for the balance of the year.

His motives are crystal clear.
