Benka; I didn't get into it real deep, good chance they meant
the largest in the way of dollars expected to be raised by the
offerings, I don't recall the 39 IPO week ? But anyway the
number of IPOs likely do take second place to the $ amount of the
offerings. Lot's of bonds going to be floated as well.
