<You think the YHOO chart looks bullish? On what basis? >

I may have spoken a little prematurely on yhoo. One could say it has put in the right shoulder of a minor H&S pattern over the last month. One can also note that it is below its 20 and 50 ema's. However, it is sitting on solid support at 150. Earnings are behind it, so the stock will trend with the market and/or sector from here.

The other charts I mention look good, don't you think?

ps. Another real estate data point: Some friends recently listed their 3k sq foot, 1 acre home. The house is 50 years old and they've done nothing to it - most would consider it your typical Atherton teardown. They listed it for $1.4M, received 7 offers, 5 over the asking price, and sold it in 1 day for $1.7M.
