unc. and all. sharkeys has new intc road map on their site. they still mention rmbs in a negative light. ie: manufactures are still tweeking rambus interfaces. then later go on to say intc may be plotting to take over gaming functions to replace voodoo etc . like, why let those companies have that market. i agree with that senario. if intc goes with an all encompassing system on a chip, why not put all systems on a chip. play station II has found rmbs to be the key. surely intc has come to the same conclusion. intc next hard push will be lap tops to replace desk tops and then mini lap tops to replace regular sized lap tops. is amd going to use rmbs? they almost have to, to realize their k 7 potential. otherwise they run into the same dead end that intel solved with rmbs. gotta fix a boat back later.. rocky
