Captin, CPQ has been through a steep secular bear market and now it is turning up. The short term trend is up and the intermediate trend has just turned up. This is a good news for long term investors. Stocks go through bull markets and bear markets on regular basis. Bull markets normally starts after everyone has thrown in the towel and the news about the stock are very negative or extremely negative. CPQ, DELL, and Gateway have started to outperform S&P 500 about two weeks ago. Normally this is very positive and indicates that these stocks are poised for a good move. In addition both DELL and Gateway have broken above their long term downtrend and also gapped, an extremely strong and positive move. CPQ also closed above its previous resistance line of 27 and is holding above it. I think these stocks are poised for a good move. Off course anything is subject to change. Bad news will turn a strong stock on its head. However, CPQ, DEll, and Gateway have very strong TA picture at this time. This is why I bought DELL myself.

Good trading,

Christopher
