What's with this family? It seems on the one hand it has more than the average family in terms of wealth. But there seems a constant cloud of death hovering over it. Very unfortunate.

Charles, not to take away from the moment, but it is common knowledge that a 3-year-old has very little concept of death and is just as likely to salute a funeral procession as anything else when told to do so by someone standing near. As a three year old, he is numb and very unaware of the concept of death and the permanence of the situation.

Frankly, I'd wish they'd stop showing that picture as it is so misleading.
