Actually a visit has more merit than a phone call. Results of a phone call are on the bottom of the food chain as far as informational gathering goes. With a visit the eyes can see what the ears don't hear, or verify what they do hear. Personally, I like the printed stuff, it can't be retracted and it's open to multiple interpretations and discussions.
