Jennings has solidly outperformed other growth-and-income managers
over the long haul. These days, he's looking away from megacaps for value
and for what he calls "M-U-L-D: Massive Upside Potential and Limited
Downside risk." Among his favorite stocks: Qualcomm, NSM and
Millennium Pharmaceuticals. In Europe, he's recently added a new position
in Eurotunnel.

cream of the MOT crop

What cream? That Bureaucracy contains nothing but skim milk!

Seriously, Q's position in the market, technical excellence, and the proven, enormous value of their stock options should make their competitors fear them, and recruiting a joy. As an old Headhunter, I would have loved to have been in the position their recruiter's are in. When you add the attraction of living in San Diego to the mix, and send your recruiters to, say, Texas, to interview prospects, the company becomes well nigh irresistible!
