Winny, I am just looking for the public statement that has been eluded to by you that Dayton says they do not have a short position in Medinah. Such a public claim IMO would not kill this issue because it they indeed did then they could be playing a game of semantics. Maybe Dayton Mining, inc. doesn't but Dayton mining Canada does or maybe in a hidden account. I would like to see their public statement.

I have independent proof which is suffice for me that their is a short position, but I will not disclose my source or the name of the firm, as to confidentiality arrangements. It will be all be aired shortly.....

So the bottom line is that other than for a post on an internet message board, you have no understanding as to if Dayton has made any public statement with respect to whether or not they have or ever have taken a position in Medinah. A simple yes no should suffice, although if yes some elaboration would be appreciated, such as the text of the statement, forum in which it was made, and the date.
