Absolutely correct.It is worse than get nothing.

You should have seen the face of Bristol's lawyer on TV.
It looked like he just got a "slap in the face"!!

And when you consider how much moola MSFT has stashed in the bank, that $1 is probably like 1/1000 of a penny from an average Joe or Jane's pocket to tip the bad service [meritless lawsuit] with.

I'd say then that Bristol lawyers must be hiding in shame somewhere.
