As you might heard, Intel refused to release their bus
at 133MHz for some time. There must be some technical
reasons I guess. Also, don't you remember those industry-wide
problems with PC-100 SDRAM? Funny enough, but the solution
was to adapt the Intel-proposed DIMM layout which is custom
tuned for signal/clock skew of i440BX chip and associated
board tracing.

Now, what do you think if you need to pump
data at 200MHz? I think it requires some quality
engineering of board layout and thorough understanding
of transmission line technology. It takes some time
to tune some 100+ transmission lines I guess.
Eventually, there should be no problem.
