OT-OT-Off Topic--In view of the JFK jr crash,and the fact that I live in the exact environmental situation in which he was flying into I think I should say that once I heard the estimated time for his arrival in Martha Vineyard and that he was flying visual and I was fairly sure then what happened. And tonight,right now the same situation is developing--an Island called Torrey Island which I can see from where I live is already vanished into a sea haze surrounding it with a rapidly darkening sky at its back--in another 1/2 hour a person flying visual would be flying into a dangerous situation--sea haze and darkness lead to "blind flight" and disorientation and visual tricks can happen. JFK,jr was flying from dust into the night in a thickening haze--it is my first unscientific guess he possibly flew straight into the sea.Sad.Max
