I'm a little troubled at the way Xybernaut officials continually blame low sales figures on apparently irrelevant external factors, while they seem to ignore the notion that their own product may have some key weaknesses which could use closer study. I don't see this team being particularly effective at acknowledging the opinions or needs of the user. From what I've seen so far, they don't act like they have much experience in the line of marketing, manufacturing, sales, or even projections. They act more like they are guided by the premise of, "Build it and they will come." I don't buy that premise at all. Shoe.
