You know, I just can't find any thread in which you have a positive attitude. Why do you find this a valuable way to spend your time?
I'm retired. This is a cheap and easy way to get some of the thrills
of going to Vegas without having to pack. What's your story?

Larry, you misrepresent our thesis very cleverly and purposefully.

What the bulls quoted the company as saying is that they would seek to raise large sums of money ONLY AFTER the stock price was higher, which would occur ONLY AFTER a PO (implied as meaning PO for a retail product which would be interpreted as a large revenue stream).

Our thesis is NOT 'wrong' as you vainly attempt to claim.

It is just as reasonable to conclude the company is following it's plan, and the incremental financing is part of that plan, as it is to conclude your thesis.

Frankly I find YOUR thesis RIDICULOUS. If an investor of $3M didn't view any long term prospects, and was afraid of an imminent drop in price due to a shorting by CC in anticipation of triggering a variable conversion at very low prices, then they wouldn't accept such a measly discount in the price. RATHER it would be more reasonable to conjecture that after performing DD they decided they wanted an equity position, and it was beneficial for them to obtain it this way rather than trying to buy on the open market and drive the price up.

You also asked earlier why the price isn't rising if 'contracts are imminent' (well, your clone in tone, content, and phrasing on yahoo, 'nowaynohow' did, at least).

The simple answer is that NO ONE knows the timing except the company and their customers. Those who wanted stakes have taken them and are holding.

Interestingly, as short interest rises, the price is stable. Someone has been buying those shares. That's what makes a market. But trying to do TA on daily volumes as we've had for the last quarter is MEANINGLESS. Those who do TA ought to know better. Tsk, tsk, Zeev.

Larry, Larry, Larry. Your arrogance is showing. Don't you remember your death spiral spewing of only a few months ago.

Now boys, let's get civil again.
