" A) NO but a BB stock has gone up on light volume sure as hell has a better shot of having been manipulated. The insiders/MMs don't have to put up as much money and it can obviously be done quite easily. I sure feel more comfortable buying a stock that has MOMO on high volume than some POS that has traded 1/3 million shares ($93K at $0.28...big deal!!) B)Yes You have not answered my question about the Williams. Is a stock "overbought" or "oversold" when it is at or near 0? You seem to be saying that it is a "buy" signal when in fact it signals when a stock is "overbought" As far as the "student loans" go... sorry... Scholarship
