Wow, nick - good find! Man, I get this so often - I put in an order for 1K shares, I get 100, meanwhile the MM still sits there at the same price. That's why I always prefer to get executed on ISLD.

Hopefully this SEC thing will help the situation - so this is definitely good news for us individual traders/investors.

On the other hand, I am certain that this rule will be ignored by MMs as often as they can. After all, they routinely ignore Manning rules for price/size displays, and time limits for order fills/quote updates. I see this illegal behavior all the time. Still, good news - will make the bastard MMs work a bit harder when they scam us.
