I also want to be sleeping at night. That is why i am drastically cutting back on my options trading (basically MSFT calls) activity. A big position in MSFT is the ticket--over 30%. I still have to sell some leaps to get down to about 40% from 60% on Monday if i get the chance. Added some QCOM and some value or defensive companies. Lots of cash is my strategy going forward---i know i am repeating myself but i am somewhat bearish on the market as a whole beyond next week---would not be surprised to see a selloff start late this week.

MSFT is the "Chart of the Week" on StockCharts.com this week.

In the article, we take a look at the stock going all the way back to the beginning. After seeing how it has performed relative to its long-term trendlines, we zoom in and look for signs of strength (and weakness) during the past 9 months. Was Friday's big just significant? What do the stock's internals say? Check out our thoughts at stockcharts.com
