Round Rock-Austin Trip.....Where did the Executive Air Park go?...

The Austin Executive Air Park once was located several hundred yards
to the West of the existing Server Facility at Parmer Lane.

It isn't there any longer.

I noticed this Air Park on the map that DELL gave me, but in its place now is heavy equipment doing some gradeing etc. The Air Park
I was told had moved its Facilities etc up to Georgetown.

Curious about this I asked 4 employees of DELL what was taking the
place of the Air Park.

My question was: What's going to be built over there where the
Air Park used to be?

First Employee was a DELL white collar worker:

ANS....."Somebody from Austin is speculating with that area over there."

Second Employee was another DELL white collar worker:

ANS....."Michael bought that property, but I don't know what he is
going to be doing with it."

Third Employee was a DELL blue collar worker:

ANS....."That is going to be a vendor's hub. With the second Server
Facility coming on line in the near future the trailer's simply won't
be able to handle the quantity of the parts needed for both of the
Facilities."

Fourth Employee was a DELL IR Rep.

ANS....."DELL owns a little over 500 acres in that area. We are
always looking to expand."

Answer #1 seemed a little strange to me. Do away with an Air Park for the purpose of speculation? Hmmmmmm

Answer #2 seemed like a honest answer to me.

Answer #3 showed a lot of confidence when she answered the question.
No hesitation when she answered. A lot of confidence in her answer.

Answer #4 I think he was related to Fred Astaire. He danced very
nicely around the question.

If anyone was told a different answer then what I have listed I would
like to hear it.

I'm banking on Door #3 as being the correct one.
