A QUESTION ABOUT THE TRACKING STOCK

Can anyone tell me whether holders or MSFT will be issued proportional shares in the planned internet-holdings tracking stock as though it were a stock split/dividend? Or is it like an IPO? Helping me to clear this up would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Bruce

as for your lack of appreciation, six months have passed and the implied volatility has decreased. you still have almost 18 months left for the stock to appreciate.

No, mine have doubled (101.0%, I believe) since I bought them in early January. It was the person to whom I was replying that didn't have any appreciation since either late January or early February.
