So it would seem. I've never had anything to say about ZSUN. Is there something wrong with it, snicker?

Okay, ww, let's get "serious" for just a minute, whatever.

Now we're told that the FDA has signed off on ToN. Well, not that we've got official notification, but hey, what SHAREPROXY and Hoggie tell us should be good enough for anyone, right?

I prefer to await notification from the FDA. I may be wrong to do this; perhaps, untypically for government regulatory agencies, they leak information to people like PROXY so that they can run up the stock on Monday morning, lolol.

In the meanwhile, DO consider your source. STOCKPROXY, snickerissimo. As I've said, this BINC cheerleader last posted on the BINC Yahoo thread on 12 November of last year. If you go back and read his posts--dreary job--you'll see that he's mostly interested in AZNT.

Funny, isn't it, that STOCKPROXY won't declare who he is, has on so many threads presented himself as an "ordinary shareholder"?

Hey Misspelled Icabod!! Welcome back!!

For an extremely interesting post bearing on STOCKPROXY's recent claims:

ragingbull.com

Mr. Stockproxy- As you know, I am quite familiar with BINC and their long struggle for GRAS status. I can say with a high degree of probability that AZNT is not even close to such status meaning years away. Can you direct me to a single medical research paper on Natures Taste? Can you tell me where to find the results of toxicology studies? What is the name of AZNT's chief scientist doing the research? Who is the FDA attorney from BINC you claim told you this? You can make fun of me for not knowing as much as you all about AZNT but not BINC. No real BINC shareholder who has been through the GRAS application process would ever make as naive a claim as you....

Over at the Alternate Universe, the "GRAS Approval" story has mutatated in interesting and amusing ways. You'll recall that late Friday night "SHAREPROXY" informed us that he, a fervent and active BINC supporter who hasn't posted to the Yahoo BINC thread since 21 November of last year, had been told by BINC's FDA attorneys that AZNT had received GRAS Approval from the FDA:

Dear Mr Hogger, I did read your post on the SI AZNT board. I must say that some people that post on that board are out of there minds. You know the old saying: If you have nothing nice to say do not say it. I am a transplant from the YAHOO BINC board. My interest is in any new natural sweetener. Do you private label Natures Taste? BINC also has a natural sweetener. I bought BINC because they were going to get (GRAS) status. As of this date BINC still did not get a (GRAS) approval. BINC will have it very soon. On Friday I was speaking to the BINC FDA attorneys they told me that Amazon Natural Treasures product Natures Taste is now (GRAS) approved. I do not think that AZNT even knows that as of yet. If this is so then AZNT should have the worlds share of the sweetener market. I use the product my self and my wife and I think the taste is just like sugar. If the product you private label is in fact Natures Taste will you be able to use the AZNT (GRAS) status or will you have to get your own? As you think I Think also the AZNT legal wars are AZNT'S alone. As long as ther is money to be made on the sale of products. I do agree that the AZNT stock has been depressed by shorting out of Canada but knowing that the Federal Government is actually sending the shorting people to jail it is sure to be better for all of us. Now ferms like BINC and AZNT can get down to business. BINC is on the big board. You should look into it. I truly believe that AZNT will be just fine. They have stood up to the bashing and shorting for over 18 months and are stiil here. We do not think that they are going to give up to the shorters. It has been very nice talking to you. Replay if you wish. Thank You.

Note that Poxey says he doesn't think AZNT knows about this yet. So we're to assume that the FDA told the BINC attorneys about it, but didn't tell AZNT? Uh-huh.

Oops, seems he and Pugs haven't coordinated their stories:

SP,
I think you're letting the cat out of the bag! GRAS approval is equivalent to FDA approval ( Nautral substance vs. chemical substance ). I believe AZNT will be putting out PR after everything settles with the death threats, abusive shorting & the malicious acts that amount to torturous interference with the company's ability to do business. GRAS approval is a huge milestone for AZNT shareholders, it means ToN can be used as a additive to products such as soda pop, etc., etc. I know BINC shareholders have been waiting awhile for the GRAS approval, good luck!

This is a hoot, isn't it? "I believe AZNT will be putting out PR after everything settles with the death threats, abusive shorting & the malicious acts that amount to torturous interference with the company's ability to do business." So this cosmic news will be announced not by the FDA, but by AZNT, when AZNT feels like it. Uh-huh.

CarlW, who's been following BINC for ages, objects that qualifying for GRAS approval is an arduous and lengthy business. Pugs scornfully replies that Carl is unaware of the "two types" of GRAS approval:

Carl,
are you aware of the types of GRAS approval? The first you refer to is FDA approval, the other is 'self-proclaimed' GRAS approval. The FDA may wish to do testing, cite this 'research' you point to , or not. Either GRAS approval has the SAME impact on the marketplace. The FDA will NEVER test ToN, If they do, they'll find it passes all DSHEA requirements and the FDA would approve it. So, again Carl, like Shell, your attempt to hurt our investment by attempting to persuade investors that you misinformation disguised as knowledge negates GRAS approval.

You and Shell might as well put the barrel of the gun in your respective mouths and pull the trigger.

lolol. So it seems Pugs believes that you can either go the FDA route, doing lots of work and spending lots of money, or you can just say your product complies with GRAS requirements. I asked about this; he evaded the question. So...

I've just been at the FDA site. Seems that in order for one's product to receive GRAS approval, one must indeed petition the FDA, and produce quite a bit of scientific evidence:

vm.cfsan.fda.gov

vm.cfsan.fda.gov

Funny, I don't see anything here about "self-proclamation".

Someone was arrested? Don't tell me the Dalai Lama's got himself in trouble AGAIN!

Pugs replied that my research was lousy. It seems he believes that he's right and the FDA is wrong.

Simply amazing!
