You get used to always having a table waiting, a cab waiting, a security building, body guards...... and you feel invincible. I live at the intersection of a dead end road with another dead end road. I woke up at 2am and got up at 2:15am figuring sleep was a done deal. A car turned the corner and stopped and turned off the lights. Lovers or robbers? I went out and took my sight hound, ok, and my .357. No one was out of the car so I went back in. They got done making the beast with two heads at 3:15 and left. Thing is I had to look out for my ass, when you get too rich you forget that. I never went close enough for them to change strokes. I'm polite that way.
