Ian;

After reading through your last post I've realized that I don't have a detailed "selling plan" of my own yet. Your scenario #1 look's quite interesting. When selling the fractional amounts each year, would you do it based the seasonal trends (say Semicon), or maybe at technical resistance levels? I am considering selling a small fraction (5-10%) of my holdings in 4Q anyway for personal reasons as well as "selling plan" reasons. I had planned on selling a deep in the money covered calls for Jan 00 on this (to avoid was is turning out to be a bad tax year for me and to take in maybe 10% more premium) when and if my short term target price is reached. Any thoughts?

Best Regards,
John Stewart
