RK,

I just came back checking out Avista's webpage and the news releases on this page. I don't have any quarrel with your assertion that Avista's customers will probably want to try their first fuel cell from Avista (which its news releases indicate will be going thru on site testing as of last month).

However, as an investor from the standpoint of STOCK APPRECIATION I believe that MKTY is the way to go. The reason is that Avista Labs is not a separate business entity in which you can invest but just one of many affilates owned by Avista Capital. Therefore, the labs fc will not impact the bottom line AS MUCH as MKTY's fc will. The earnings of Avista Lab will be dilluted into the earnings of all the other Avista Capital affilates.

So the better play for appreciation purposes is MKTY. If I missed something here please let me know.

I enjoyed reading your other posts on the technology.

REgards,

Bill
