It clearly could bounce. Especially when as stated the float is so small. But I'm not so sure whether the float is really that small. ALso MPs APT fell from 80 to 30 and bounced over 60 again. APTs float is even smaller and there may be a reason for a sell-off (the TRI takeout).

Here, it is simple overvaluation, in my belief. At these levels the market cap it is still almost 700M or 7x book value. And, a split has been announced which should mitigate the problem of the small float a bit.

NB: How bold can a company's chief be? Not only the steep fall attracted me, it was the reasoning supplied by the press release which served literally as an eye-catcher: "...blames short sellers...."

(The few Yahoo threadsters, apparently some critics, did whole work...).
