Elizabeth,

James already posted that First Marathon was on both sides, and Mark posted that it was thought to have been a fund switching between a small cap and large cap fund.

In fact, I was switching some of my holdings to my margin account.

First Marathon hadn't sold a share before the cross, so it doesn't look like a typical negotiated cross where they bring the market down first. It just went through when it did.
