Re: additional shares. The underwriters sometimes leave
themselves the option to buy additional shares (within 30
days after the IPO) at the offering price, but strictly to
fill overallotments. New issuing of shares to the public
would require separate filings with the SEC.
Besides, TWE just cashed in bigtime, they do not need
additional funds, nor have I ever heard of such a close follow-up offering.

Gustaf,

The Final Prospectus was filed on June 23rd (or 24th).
Quiet period according the 1933 Securities Act is 30 days.

Is one of the above incorrect? If so, which?
If not, why do you believe that the quiet period ends this Monday rather than the following Monday?

Ian.
