A fire at the Richmond Bio Plant but no personnel injured. The extent and cause is still being determined by insurer Royal and Sunalliance. Dick Engineering, Stothert Engineering and Milverton Millrights working with company to determine the extent and cost of repairs and work to return to full operation. More announcements to come. Unbelievable. First, a cease desists and now a fire. BTW, the fire sounds very serious. Can anyone have a look this week to give a visual. LM

Bob, now that would be interesting. Especially since they would normally have these at the Langley office. As pr77 suggested, Arson???? From experience, I can say that getting money out of the Insurance Co. will be a long drawn out process much like the court case with Trooper. TT will have to prove all losses as well as rebuild to claim any amount of moneys for damages. This is a very slow and frustrating process. One that will cost TT dearly and the Insurance Co. does not cover this cost. Not that TT will have anything left, but if they were to argue that they have lost a substantial amount of income and therefore profit due to down time in rebuilding and could or at least try to substantiate this loss. This would be very beneficial to Trooper, as it would give new and powerful evidence that could be used in Troopers case with regards to its damage claim, as this very same evidence could and I'm sure would be used against René and TT. I think I like this catch 22! Good luck folks. Robert Pool
