I, too, have been having that problem with Fido lately. Then when I click again, it's ok. It may very well be a web specific problem. I wouldn't rule it out just yet because it, unfortunately, happens to you elsewhere too.

Fidelity told me that they were bringing new servers online, so It may be that.
