I don't understand what sense it would make for LZRC to buy LCAV. Wouldn't it make more sense for LZRC to open its own centers instead of paying a premium for LCAV's centers? It seems more likely to me that whoever might buy LCAV would do so to quickly get an initial foothold in the business.
