There is no question that you are correct. As a long time ICQ user I have noticed some very major changes in the program recently. The ability to send voice messages is a new one if you weren't aware of this. ICQ is also a "hit" generator. I'm sure that AOL's advertising price structure is most definitely affected by the additional hits that ICQ generates for them.

I have read that AOL will be integrating an e-commerce highway using the ICQ program so it is coming and ICQ will be utilized in a revenue generating capacity soon. I have also read that ICQ will be or is integrated into the Netscape browser so this will be another part of the e-commerce puzzle that AOL is putting together IMO.

Even though I don't use Netscape as my default browser I went in this morning and downloaded the latest version of it. Netscape 4.61.
When it installed and rebooted my PC........presto, there was an AOL install button on my desktop!!
