Others can speak much better about the DGIV situation. I haven't followed it closely since I got out a year and a half ago. They had a PR earlier in the month stating the stock was halted till 7/21. The SEC is apparently investigating whether contracts that DGIV had were legit and what their financial situation is. There is some question about whether investors were purposefully misled. I don't know about your other stocks, but other than the trading fiasco last year, I see no reason why the SEC would be investigating TSIS. I just have so much faith in this company due to the fact that their contracts are with all these big boys. Stocks like DGIV have these elusive contracts with foreign entities that are hard to verify. TSIS is in a whole different league as all the other penny stock XXXX. And to think TSIS is trading at $.40 and DGIV was trading around $1.70. Proves my point that stock price says very little about the true value of a company.
