wily...a friend of mine saw my post about the donut memory and sent me the following story. >>your comment about memory donuts reminds me of a story about Honeywell and the Apache Indians. The Indians made memory planes for Honeywell but everyone of them had a flaw. It turned out that the Indians would not make anything without a flaw as only the Gods could do that.
